In recent work, we automated contracts with the support of the Procurement area, which made accessing information on values, deadlines and other business conditions much easier. This is combined with a contract policy, which determines the responsibilities of everyone involved. From those who negotiate to those responsible for approval/signatures. Powers of Attorney also fall into this same type of automation.

The control of processes (whether judicial or administrative), their causes, analysis of their origins and how they are judged in each forum/Judge, their monitoring, facilitates the work of the in-house lawyer, as it is possible to have a dashboard of the entire situation of processes, which allows for effective evaluation and determination of strategies to minimize the financial impacts on cases.
